TomDuBose is a Bankruptcy Analyst at the U. S. Trustee’s office in
Chattanooga, Tennessee. As an agency of the Department of
Justice the U. S. Trustee’s Office is responsible for monitoring
bankruptcy cases in the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Formerly
he was a Tax Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick in
Chattanooga.
He holds a law degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville,
and an accounting degree from Tennessee Technological University in
Cookeville.
He has been an active volunteer in local
community
affairs. He is the Chapter Chair for the Hamilton County
Chapter of Stand for Children, a national children’s advocacy
organization. He has also been active with the local American
Civil Liberties Union, the Sierra Club, the Chattanooga School for
the Arts and Sciences Parent Teacher Student Association, and the
Hamilton County Democratic Party. Tom enjoys snow skiing,
hiking, bicycling and reading.
